Kia ora and welcome to the Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre

The Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre was established in March 2004 by singer and songwriter Hinewehi Mohi who named it after her daughter Hineraukatauri who has severe cerebral palsy. Hineraukatauri, and thousands of other New Zealanders, have found a way to express themselves through music therapy, at the Centre named after her.

We have a great line up of activities for the July school holidays. Not only will Russell the Singing Cowboy be riding back into the Centre, but we will also launch a new programme called Make it, Shake it. Be sure to book in for extra sessions with your music therapist too! Full information on all these programmes can be viewed under ‘Book Now’.
