Amanda Piper-Randell is a purpose-driven executive leader with more than 20 years’ experience across the not-for-profit, partnerships, marketing, fundraising, and commercial sectors in New Zealand. She is widely recognised for her authentic leadership style, strategic vision, and ability to build meaningful partnerships that create sustainable growth and lasting community impact.
Amanda has held senior leadership roles with organisations including Cure Kids and World Vision New Zealand, leading large-scale revenue generation, brand engagement, stakeholder partnerships, and national fundraising initiatives. Most recently, as General Manager – Partnerships & Funding at Cure Kids, she has overseen the development and execution of multi-channel revenue strategies, strategic corporate partnerships, major events, sponsorships, and innovative brand collaborations.
Throughout her career, Amanda has successfully secured and managed partnerships with leading organisations and has also led the creation of high-profile fundraising campaigns and events that have significantly increased brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue outcomes.
Known for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, Amanda combines commercial acumen with a deep passion for social impact. Her expertise spans strategic planning, fundraising, marketing and brand strategy, stakeholder engagement, governance collaboration, and organisational leadership.
Amanda holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business (Marketing) from the University of Auckland and has continued her professional development in leadership, cultural competency, emotional intelligence, and AI innovation. She is passionate about people-centred leadership and creating opportunities that deliver meaningful outcomes for communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
